Three months later, Hayley was in the hospital giving birth to her and Nick’s baby boy. She sat there in bed. Nick and Brian went to get some of her stuff. Leighanne was watching Emily along with Baylee.  She heard the door open and Kevin came in and closed the door. She looked at him and realized that he was the guy in her dreams.

        “Hey Hayley,” Kevin said.

        “Hi Kev, where’s Kris?” Hayley said.

        “Helping Leighanne watching Em and Baylee,” Kevin said.

        “Is Nick back yet?” Hayley asked.

        “No, don’t worry, Brian’s with him and he won’t let anything happen to him,” Kevin said.

        “I hope so, I love Nick so much, I don’t want to lose him again,” Hayley said.

        “You won’t, he is crazy about you and he loves you,” Kevin said. Nick came in with her stuff.

        “Hey baby,” Nick said kissing her forehead.

        “I missed you,” Hayley said.

        “I missed you more,” Nick said. He kissed her deeply. Kevin and Brian left the room.

        “We have a son,” Hayley said.

        “Yes, we do, Nickolas Robert Carter, Nicky for short, thanks for naming him after me and my dad,” Nick said.

        “It was the perfect name,” Hayley said. He kissed her deeply. Brian brought Emily in and the nurse brought Nicky in and they were left alone with their kids.

        “My perfect family,” Nick said holding Emily as Hayley held Nicky.

        “Yeah, and we will be forever together,” Hayley said.

        “Together forever, baby,” Nick said kissing her forehead and kissing Nicky’s forehead and he kissed Emily’s cheek. Hayley looked at Nick and realized that he was the only one for her and knew she wouldn’t be dreaming about Kevin anymore. She had her perfect life and family. She knew nothing would tear them apart again.
